Every year, we train young people in commercial and technical professions. We set great importance to offer an employment as well as to many years of working with the company. We accompany and support particularly talented and committed trainees on their way to management positions.

With us, you can work independently and as part of a team and complete tasks on your own. As we are not a large-scale enterprise, we have clear structures, guarantee competent support, and a personal working atmosphere.
The monthly vocational training pay is depending on the year of training between 900 euros in the 1st year of training and 1,100 euros in the 4th year of training. In addition, you will receive a vacation pay and a Christmas bonus, a subsidy for the VVS (regional public transport association) training subscription, VWL (employment benefits to encourage capital formation) and a subsidy for canteen meals.

- Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/x)
The warehouse logistics specialists are responsible for receiving goods and check whether the quantity and condition are correct on the basis of the papers. They organize the unloading and proper storage of the goods. In addition to incoming goods, there is also a shipping department. Here, the commissioning team organizes the preparation of the delivery, including documents and shipping.
- Machine and plant operator (m/f/x)
Machine and plant operators ensure that our machines are in proper condition and repair them when necessary. Duties also include controlling and monitoring process flows, storing goods, and performing manufacturing inspections.
- Technical product designer (m/f/x)
Technical product designers specializing in product design and construction design and develop 3D data models for our products. An important factor is cost control, an attractive design, as well as technical possibilities such as the choice of materials, applicable standards and assembly techniques.

How it all began
The spring manufacturer Andreas Fröhlich approached the destitute mechanical engineering student Horst Hölzl with a request to develop a machine for the production of double-bent springs. There was no machine of this type anywhere in the world until then. Mr. Hölzl implemented the order in only 3 months and applied for a patent for the machine.
Progress from tradition
The mini clothes peg was developed in cooperation with the end customer and produced at manufacturing costs of pennies. Already in 1960, thanks to the development of machines and the intelligent marketing idea, there was a fully automated production in which 20 million pegs in different colors were produced per year.
